Includes training in interpretation of applicable management system standards forming the basis for audits.
     Procedure, Work Instruction Development and Preparation
Introduction to effective writing styles for procedures and work instructions and document control practices. Includes use standard document templates.
     Project Management
Training in project planning, execution, control and reporting particularly as it relates to improvement projects for the process management system.
     Understanding the Standards
An detail review of applicable National Standards, their requirements and interpretation.
