Definition and representation of business and technical processes is the foundation of our practice at Insight 1, Inc. We are expert at assisting and coaching our clients in describing their processes using our facilitation techniques to extract their unrecognized knowledge and organize it into top down process maps that ultimately define the business model of their enterprise. Our proven process for developing process and value stream maps is to facilitate these definitions through a controlled dialogue with our client management team and subject matter experts in two – three hour sessions. By asking purposeful questions of the management team, our personnel construct the emerging process models on the big screen in real time.

We have conducted so many of these in virtually every industry, that we not only facilitate the current process, but also recognize gaps and shortcomings that we can offer and incorporate immediate improvements in process.

We do not use special purpose or expensive software applications in preparing process maps. All of our maps are prepared using Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Visio) that are generally consistent with the capability of our clients.
